Teacher Experience

Content

  • eCards - New messaging feature to send electronic based cards to other users
  • eCards - Users can receive animation effects when viewing eCards
  • eCards - Back button implemented to easily access previous menu
  • eCards - Send Birthday eCard Link implemented for teachers to send
  • eCards - Listed in alphabetical order
  • eCards - When cards are received, there will be a popup notice to display

Activities 

  • Activities - When creating activity with AI, third-party links open up a new tab
  • Activities - Can now generate content blocks and questions with AI
  • Activities - When creating new assignments, UI adjusted to prevent unnecessary text overriding screen

Grading

  • Activities - Extra Credit setting adjusted when calculating with max score changes 
  • Rubric - When creating new row, categories will now default to previous row
  • Rubric - Grading rubric will default to current school
  • Gradebook - Students excused from an assignment now display the letter 'E' instead of a score
  • Quick Grader - Now can print submission from quick grader "More Actions" menu
  • Grading - Additional support for large classes when grading large amount of activities

Standards-Based Grading

  • Activities - Scores report page displays SBG scores
  • Grading - SBG scoring in both teacher & student view adjusted to display properly
  • Grading - SBG can now be supported by GPTZero

Classroom

  • Linked Sections - UI for linked sections adjusted for better UI experience
  • Announcements - Announcements menu adjusted to display proper labels and total student views

 

Miscellaneous

  • Co-Teachers - Can now have permissions to adjust student groups
  • Co-Teachers - Dropdown menu adjusted to improve user experience
  • UI Experience - Class Menu widget adjusted to close when navigating
  • AI Experience - Audio playback experience adjusted

  • User Experience - Adjusted due dates section to sort starting from most urgent
  • User Experience - Changed UI for landscape view
  • User Experience - Class menu UI adjusted when in landscape mode
  • Grades - Grades UI tab adjusted to display effectively
  • Grades - Due Today assignments sort the same as web app
  • eCards - eCards in mobile app adjusted to match the same experience as web app
