At the top of the student portal in the global navigation menu, there is the Conferences page. Here students are able to quickly access all conferences they have access to from all of their classes, groups, and caseload corners.
Active Conferences
In the Active Conferences tab, students can see all of their current and upcoming conferences. The Happening Now section shows any conferences that have been started students have the option to Join Conference.
The Upcoming section shows students all scheduled conferences they have access to and three actions for each conference.
- Join Conference - Students can open a waiting room where they will be redirected to the conference when someone is able to start the conference
- Export as ICS - Students can export the conference as an ICS file so that they can import it to any calendar application
Completed Conferences
In the Completed Conferences section, students can see all of their past conferences. For each conference, students are able to see the title, start date, and end date. If the conference recording is available to students then under the Actions column there will be a Play option which will open a recording of the conference.
